Dominic Kipling began his career as a facilities runner in 1994, before
moving over into production the following year.

He worked at leading production companies, such as Prospect Pictures, September Films and Diverse Production as a production manager, before returning to camera facilities in 2000.

Dom spent 8 years as manager of Blue Planet Television, helping to build it into one of the most successful camera facilities in its field, whilst nurturing and establishing its position in the entertainment, comedy and drama genres.

He joined Electra in September 2008.
