Crispin Kyle started as a runner for a production company in 1988 and quickly moved over to Green Door Video to become a camera trainee. He remained in-house for 2 years working on a wide range of projects. In 1992 he joined Linkline as a freelance camera assistant, where he worked with an extensive list of cameramen. Much of his time was spent abroad filming documentaries. As well as operating cameras he became experienced in Jimmy Jib crane work. His knowledge extends to all broadcast formats. In 1997 he hung up his assistants bag and joined the team at Electra, becoming a director the following year. |
